Practice Emphasis:
Brendan grew up in Santa Rosa, having attended elementary, junior high and high school here
before moving out of town to attend college and law school. He returned to the area when he
joined Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery in 2000, after having worked in the criminal
defense field in San Francisco from 1995 to 2000. Since coming to this firm, he has focused on
plaintiff's and consumer work, including primarily personal injury litigation, products liability
litigation and business and employment litigation.
