Brendan M. Kunkle
Brendan Kunkle has tried or resolved cases involving employment disputes, personal injury cases resulting
from automobile accidents, defective products, premises liability and general negligence, as well as insurance
disputes, business tort litigation and public entity liability litigation. He has been active in the community,
serving as the president of the Consumer Attorneys of Sonoma County, and is the current chair of the board of the
United Way of the Wine Country, along with serving on multiple other local boards and organizations. He has also
been a speaker to the Sonoma County Bar Association on the topic of mediation, and has served as a Settlement
Conference panelist for the past five years for the Sonoma County Superior Court.
