Matt has been a litigation attorney with Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery since 2006. He has also successfully represented plaintiffs in employment related claims, consumer class actions, insurance bad faith claims, trust and estate litigation, and complex business litigation since joining the firm. Beyond litigation matters, Matt also continues to serve as general counsel to a select group of individuals and businesses regarding all aspects of their operations.

Matt has significant experience in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts, and has been the lead attorney on a multitude of cases from the initial filing of the lawsuit through settlement, mediation, arbitration, and jury trial.

A Sonoma County native, Matt is a recognized leader in the community.
