Rachel K. Stevenson
Rachel has been with Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery since 1997. Over the years her practice has evolved to focus
upon general business litigation and transactions with a specific emphasis on the needs of our local banks, such as Exchange Bank,
Sonoma Bank and Westamerica Bank. In recent years her practice has developed a focus on the representation of clients as creditors
in all facets of bankruptcy proceedings. Her practice also includes estate planning and the representation of personal
representatives in matters involving estates and trusts.

Special Training
Rachel was a professor of law for University of California, Hastings College of Law, where she taught the appellate practice of
Moot Court from 1996 through 1999. From 1999-2007, she was a professor of law at Empire College of Law, where she taught and coached
the Moot Court team. The knowledge needed to teach the intricacies of successful appellate practice in Moot Court has been incorporated
into the appellate work of her practice.
