Stephanie L. Walker
Stephanie has been a litigation associate with Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery since January of 2008. She practices in both
state and federal courts, and focuses on general business litigation, products liability, insurance coverage disputes, real estate
litigation, and employment litigation. Stephanie has also presented continuing legal education seminars on “E-Discovery 101,”
detailing the California Electronic Discovery Act and the developing body of state and federal electronic discovery law. While in
law school, Stephanie gained valuable advocacy experience while interning for the Misdemeanor Trial Unit and Preliminary Hearings
Department of the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office.
