and commercial landlords. Our real estate department is divided equally
between experienced transactional lawyers and litigators. Our transactional
lawyers have extensive expertise and experience in the areas of commercial
lease negotiations, vineyard development, real estate development and real
estate sales and exchanges. Our litigators have successfully handled cases
involving all aspects of real estate, including boundary and right-of-way
disputes, construction defect litigation, breach of contract and specific
performance actions. Our attorneys bring a unique blend of academic knowledge
and practical litigation experience to our clients such that virtually all real
