Danielle is a litigation attorney with Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery. Danielle’s practice focuses on general civil litigation, including business and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, trust and estate litigation, and elder abuse litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Danielle served as a judicial law clerk for Justice Clint Bolick of the Arizona Supreme Court.

Danielle received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis, where she graduated in the top 5% of her graduating class. During law school, Danielle served as an editor of the UC Davis Law Review and placed third competing in the 2017 American Bar Association National Negotiation Competition. Danielle also represented victims of domestic violence and sexual assault as a member of the UC Davis Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic. Danielle received her B.A. in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine, where she graduated with honors and served as a research fellow.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys camping and hiking with her cat.
