About
Jillian Hipschman was born and raised in the coastal suburbs of San Francisco and migrated to Sonoma County for higher education in 2008. Jillian earned her Bachelor’s degree in History from Sonoma State University, followed by a Specialized AA in Paralegal studies from Empire College. For the next 9 years, Jillian worked as a paralegal for two Plaintiff’s nursing home/elder abuse attorneys. It was at these offices that she was inspired to pursue her own career as an attorney. Jillian graduated from Empire School of law with Juris Doctorate and Master’s in Legal Studies degrees and was admitted to the California Bar in 2024. For a year after becoming licensed, Jillian worked in-depth on all aspects of Plaintiff’s nursing home/ and elder abuse litigation, including mediations, depositions, law and motion, discovery, and trial preparation.
Wanting to expand her Plaintiff’s civil litigation knowledge and experience, Jillian joined Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren, & Emery in 2025. Jillian enjoys the challenges of advocating for those who have been harmed and looks forward to aiding even more people in their search for justice in the future.
When not in the office, Jillian enjoys travelling, live music, exotic food, learning new languages, and spending time with her family and close circle of friends.
