About

After a summer clerkship during law school in 2021, Scott returned to Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren, and Emery in 2025. His practice focuses on a wide variety of personal injury matters, including vehicle accidents, product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and elder abuse. Scott is passionate about advocating for those who have been harmed.

Scott earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2023. His time at law school was punctuated with a wide variety of experiences in different practice areas. Scott represented UC Law SF’s moot court team by competing in the Entertainment Law Competition at Pepperdine, and he was the Editor of Digital Platforms for the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review. During his 2L summer, Scott worked for an international business immigration firm. Finally, Scott participated in UC Law SF’s corporate externship program, working with in-house attorneys at a large wine production company in Napa.

Scott is a Sonoma County native. In his free time, he enjoys sailing, fishing, and playing guitar.
